The sale involved an institutional quality, purpose-built medical office building located adjacent to the 210-bed Rush-Copley Medical Center campus, featuring an outpatient surgery center and imaging services. Rush-Copley Medical Center is a part of Rush Health, a Chicago area based health system that includes four hospitals and more than 1,100 physician members.
