WANEE, Ga., and DALLAS, Feb. 15, 2017 – In a continuation of a major expansion into the Southeastern United States, Caddis™, a national healthcare real estate firm headquartered in Dallas, will break ground this spring for its second Heartis® senior living community in Georgia – in Suwanee, a suburb of the fast-growing Atlanta area.
Heartis Suwanee will include 175 spacious independent living, assisted living and memory care units in a single-story, two-story and three-story building totaling about 187,375 square feet. The senior community, which is expected to open in fall 2018, will be located on a 10-acre site on the northwest corner of Suwanee Dam Road and Brogdon Road.
Caddis broke ground on its first senior community in Georgia – the 157,029 square foot Heartis Fayetteville near Atlanta – late last year.

The architect for the project is Austin, Texas-based Katus.
