INDIANAPOLIS, IN, February 1, 2017 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, announced the sale of a 14,527-square foot net-leased plasma collection facility located in Indianapolis, Indiana. The asset sold for $3,180,000.
John R. Smelter, a Senior Director in Marcus & Millichap’s Healthcare Real Estate Group and Brian C. Smith, CCIM, an Associate Director in Marcus & Millichap’s Healthcare Real Estate Group, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a developer. The buyer, a private investor, was procured by David O’Keefe and Steve “Bogie” Bogoyevac, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Long Beach office. Broker of Record, Josh Caruana assisted in closing the transaction.
