Names Rich Couturier as Vice President of Development, expanding healthcare market

Dallas, TX (January 17, 2017) — Ryan Companies US, has extended its presence in the South Central Region and added a Dallas/Fort Worth office naming Rich Couturier as Vice President of Development. Couturier brings more than 20 years of development and construction experience to his new role. The Dallas/Fort Worth office is the 13th for Ryan Companies across North America. Couturier brings significant healthcare real estate experience to Ryan’s South Central Region, with a development and construction portfolio of over 30 new healthcare facilities throughout Texas and the Midwest. Ryan will look to Couturier’s 1.7 billion in commercial real estate development experience, as a key catalyst for the Dallas/Fort Worth location.
Previously, Couturier served as Senior Vice President for Duke Realty Corporation in Dallas/Fort Worth. Baylor Scott & White Health, Ascension Health and Seton Healthcare, Community Health Systems, McKesson/US Oncology, Emerus Health Partners and United Surgical Partners International are among the healthcare customers Couturier has worked with. A Detroit native, Couturier holds a MBA degree from Purdue University and Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil and Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University.
