YAPHANK, N.Y. — A joint venture (JV) partnership of Farnwood, N.J.-based Chelsea Senior Living and Yonkers, N.Y.-based AVR Realty recently announced plans for a $27 million, 118-bed assisted living complex in the Long Island city of Yaphank.
