A panel of health system real estate executives recently shared their insights into when and why their systems hire third-party HRE firms and what they are looking for from such companies. These outside real estate firms can include developers, property managers, investment bankers who specialize in brokering the sale of buildings, leasing agents, consultants who can help with strategy and operations, and a host of others.
