Cornerstone Companies, Inc. Hires New Senior Property Manager
Indianapolis, IN – November 18, 2015 – Cornerstone Companies, Inc. recently announced the addition of Jennifer DuPre, who will provide additional expertise in the property and facility management of local and national accounts. DuPre joins Cornerstone as Senior Property Manager, where she is responsible for all aspects of on-campus and off-campus medical properties and asset management. She brings with her more than 30 years of commercial real estate management experience – 20 years of which were dedicated entirely to the management of highly specialized healthcare facilities.
Prior to joining Cornerstone, DuPre was an employee of Bremner Healthcare (which eventually was acquired by Duke Realty). While working for Bremner, DuPre managed the facilities departments of multiple OrthoIndy properties, including: Indiana Orthopedic Hospital, OrthoIndy Main Campus Clinic, OrthoIndy West in Brownsburg, 2 Outpatient Physical Therapy locations, one located on their main campus and one in Carmel. DuPre, and 7 of her long-time maintenance staff members, will continue to manage these properties while working at Cornerstone Companies, Inc.

In 1998, DuPre was named the BOMA Property Manager of the year, and she is also a recipient of HCP’s 2005 Best Overall Tenant Satisfaction award. She holds BOMA’s Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation, and maintains her Indiana real estate broker’s license. DuPre is also active in the Indianapolis community, serving as a member of Executive Women in Healthcare and American Heart Association Heart Walk Logistics committee.
