MILWAUKEE, July 17, 2015 – Hammes Partners has announced the final closing of Hammes Partners II LP, a U.S. healthcare real estate private equity fund. Hammes Partners is pleased to have $430 million of capital commitments from institutional investors, significantly over its original target of $300 million. Hammes Partners and its affiliates have been investing in healthcare real estate since 2001, leveraging deep industry expertise and relationships that have been built over 20 years in the healthcare industry.

The Hammes platform is focused exclusively on the U.S. outpatient healthcare real estate market, including investments in existing assets, entitled development projects and adaptive reuse opportunities.
