Built in 2008, the Stanly Regional West Medical Center is a 20,946-square foot outpatient facility that is 100% leased by Stanly Regional Medical Center through May, 2021. The building is utilized by West Stanly Imaging, a digital imaging center performing x-ray, ultrasound and digital mammography services. The facility is also home to Locust Medical Services, a family medicine practice, as well as an urgent care facility. The tenants are subsidiaries of Stanly Regional Medical Center. The Property sits on a 4.9-acre site, Phase I of a planned 24-acre medical campus owned by Stanly Regional Medical Center.
