HOUSTON – Timeshares are often thought of as places for once-a-year getaways to sunny Mazatlan or the ski slopes of Vail. But Houston-based Memorial Hermann Hospital System has come up with a new wrinkle for the timeshare concept, and it’s designed to lure more primary care doctors to its campus in the vast Texas Medical Center. The system has set up a 2,000 square foot space as a timeshare unit on the 25th floor in the 30-story, 511,000 square foot Memorial Hermann Medical Plaza, the largest medical office building (MOB) in the Texas Medical Center.
