Birmingham, AL – Cushman & Wakefield / EGS Commercial Real Estate has been engaged to oversee the leasing efforts at Health Center South Medical Tower, a Class A, 200,000-square-foot (sf) medical office facility located on the Health Center South campus in Dothan, Alabama. Bill Pradat and Wirth Doss with Cushman & Wakefield / EGS Commercial Real Estate will lead the leasing efforts, in conjunction with Health Center South’s Director of Development, Tara Black.
Constructed in 2019, Health Center South Medical Tower is a new, multi-level, state-of-the-art medical office facility conveniently located along Ross Clark Circle in the heart of Dothan. The facility is situated directly across from Surgery Center South, a well-established outpatient surgical facility featuring 12 fully equipped operating rooms, two procedure rooms, space for additional operating suites and 23-hour admit capability.
