Woodside Health Announces Acquisition of 7593 West Boynton Beach Blvd. in Boynton Beach, FL – Miami-Fort Lauderdale MSA
CLEVELAND, OH (December 10, 2020) – Woodside Health is pleased to announce its acquisition of 7593 West Boynton Beach Blvd., in Boynton Beach, Florida, part of the Miami-Fort Lauderdale MSA. The building comprises about 50,000 square feet and features a dynamic mix of 10 tenants, with the majority being synergistic medical practices.
“We’re excited to buy our second medical building in Boynton Beach,” said Ben Sheridan, Woodside Health Principal. “The area is exploding with growth, the people are wonderful to work with and there’s a strong need for quality medical space,” he added.
“This building is beautiful and a quality build,” continued Sheridan. “We’ll continue the tradition of taking great care of it and we are already looking for a few more tenants to move in.”
This is the 34th acquisition for Woodside Health. The firm has medical and health related properties in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Ohio, and Texas. Woodside Health is currently under contract to acquire other properties.
