News Release: Woodside Health Announces Acquisition of Fleming Island Medical Plaza – Jacksonville, FL

CLEVELAND, OH (October 28, 2020) – Woodside Health is pleased to announce its acquisition of Fleming Island Medical Plaza, located at 1675-1679 and 1681-1689 Eagle Harbor Parkway in Fleming Island, Florida, part of the Jacksonville MSA. The buildings comprise 46,300 square feet and feature a synergistic mix of 13 medical tenants. Existing practices include cardiology, physical therapy, internal medicine, pediatrics, dermatology, podiatry, sleep medicine, plastics/ reconstructive surgery, clinical research, interventional radiology, spine care, pulmonology and nephrology. This transaction is Woodside’s 9th acquisition in Florida.

This is the 33rd acquisition for Woodside Health. The firm has medical and health related properties in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Ohio, and Texas. Woodside Health is currently under contract to acquire other properties.
