Convenience and Comfort for Patients in Tallahassee, FL
One of the best and most visible commercial corners in Tallahassee will be the new home for Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute coming March 2021, bringing two existing centers under one larger roof.
The 23,000 SF cancer center will sit on a 3.3-acre parcel at the intersection of Blair Stone and Miccosukee roads. To provide greater convenience and comfort for the residents of Tallahassee and Leon County, the facility was strategically designed to include 16 exam rooms with their very own window for natural light, over 50 infusion chairs (some private to accommodate hospital beds), and a fixed PET/CT suite. The large atrium located in the entrance of the building ties it all together by setting the tone of a bright, open, and relaxing experience for patients.
