CBRE announces that Wesley Hightower and Emily Friedlander have joined CBRE’s Healthcare & Life Sciences group in Houston.
Mr. Hightower and Ms. Friedlander both have extensive experience with healthcare and life science commercial real estate, bringing an immediate value to the team as the industry continues to grow in Houston. They will partner with the CBRE team of Brandy Bellow Spinks, Scott Carter and Nelson Udstuen. The team has grown tremendously in the past five years, with their occupier business doubling over the past 12 months.

Mr. Hightower joins CBRE as a Vice President, where he’ll focus primarily on tenant representation and investment sales in the healthcare and life sciences sector. He comes to CBRE from Stream Realty, where he was responsible for growing their healthcare service platform, as well as investment sales, business development and leasing and marketing. Previously, he was a Senior Analyst at HFF for six years, where he was part of more than 65 transactions totaling over $3.2 billion in volume.
Ms. Friedlander joins the team as a Senior Associate from JLL, where she focused on leasing medical and laboratory buildings as well as advising healthcare, academic, and research organizations on their real estate decisions. She will work on the tenant representation side of the business, focusing on strategic occupier advisory throughout the Houston region.
