Houston, October 1, 2020 – Colliers International is pleased to announce the sale of Pearland Premier Surgical Center, a 10,623 square foot, one-story ambulatory surgical center (ASC), located at 2813 Smith Ranch Road in Pearland, Texas. Beth Young of Colliers International represented the seller, CMAS Interests, in the transaction.

Pearland Premier Surgical Center sits on 4.05 acres and is strategically located near the intersection of Broadway Street and Highway 288, just 12 miles south of the Texas Medical Center. The surrounding nearby hospitals are Memorial Hermann, HCA and Houston Methodist.
The surgery center is located in Houston’s South submarket which boasts a 100% occupancy rate for health care properties. The current occupancy rate for medical office properties in the South submarket is 86.3%. There are currently only two medical office buildings and no health care buildings under construction in the South submarket.
