Royston Health Campus is a 100% leased Medical Office Building (MOB) strategically located approximately 30 miles northeast of Athens, Georgia. The Property serves patients from a wide area including Franklin, Madison and Hart counties and benefits from its position on State Road 29, within 1 mile of over 330,000 square feet of retail space.

Royston Health Campus is anchored by Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center, who leases 71% of the Property. The tenant is a subsidiary of Piedmont Healthcare (Moody’s: A1), one of the premier healthcare systems in the region, which generated more than $3 billion in revenues for the 2018 fiscal year. Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center is a 359 bed acute care hospital, one of the largest not-for-profit hospitals in Northeast Georgia which serves a 17-county area. Piedmont has a Certificate of Need (CON) for the operation of their state-of-the-art imaging center at this location, with services that include, diagnostic imaging, ultrasounds, CT scans, MRIs, mammograms, and 3D mammogram technology.
