MBRE/Kayne Anderson land the four-MOB complex; CBRE says demand was ‘strong’

As a number of other real estate sectors continue to feel the sting of the COVID-19 pandemic, an even more-intense spotlight is now shining on MOBs, especially those with strong tenants, as an investment vehicle.

This is why investor demand was so strong for the four-MOB, 156,660 square foot Salt Creek Medical Campus in Hinsdale, Ill., an affluent suburb about 20 miles west of the Chicago Loop.

Last week, HREI reported that the campus had been sold by Chicago-based MedProperties Group for an undisclosed price.
