News Release: Cushman & Wakefield Secures Two Leases Totaling 7,000 SF on behalf of The Loudermilk Companies at 371 East Paces in Atlanta

Building Reaches 70% Occupancy with One Full Floor Remaining

ATLANTA, August 28, 2020 – Cushman & Wakefield has arranged one new lease and one lease expansion totaling 7,000 square feet at 371 East Paces, a premier medical office building located in the heart of Atlanta’s Buckhead submarket. George Olmstead and Brandon Wallace of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, The Loudermilk Companies, in the lease negotiations.

Dr. Rattandeep Singh, MD, PC, a Rheumatologist, signed a new 3,902-square-foot lease and Atlanta Cosmetic Urology signed a 3,098-square-foot lease expansion to bring their total lease to 6,647 square feet. Both are scheduled to open by the end of the year. Several businesses recently opened at the property, including Mazzawi Dental Intown, Buckhead Village Endodontics, SkinPharm and Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine.

“371 East Paces boasts highly-efficient spaces and performance-driven services, resetting the benchmark for Atlanta medical office space,” Olmstead said. “We believe demand will remain strong at the building given the continued commercial expansion in the Buckhead Village area. In fact, three of our tenants have already expanded in less than two years.”

317 East Paces opened in the summer of 2018 and was the first new medical office building to be delivered inside the Perimeter in nearly 10 years. Located across from Buckhead Atlanta, the nine-story, 114,000-square-foot building offers street-level retail and a seven-level parking deck with easy accessibility from E. Paces Ferry Road and Buckhead Avenue, as well as valet parking. The property is 70% leased and has one full-floor space available totaling 15,000 square feet.
