HOUSTON, July 15, 2020 – JLL today announced the firm was selected to market and lease 6624 Fannin Tower in the Texas Medical Center.
Owned by Texas Children’s Hospital, the 27-story building, which is widely recognized by its iconic twin spire-topped octagonal towers, was built in 1991. It features almost 450,000 square feet of medical space and is home to nearly 30 institutional and private practices.
6624 Fannin Tower is located in the heart of the Texas Medical Center where tenants enjoy both a METRO light rail and bus stop along with valet and garage parking for patients and guests. Texas Children’s invested in the building’s infrastructure and plans to bring additional retail amenities to the property, as well as refresh the common areas.

Wadley and JLL’s Mallory Douthit are leading the leasing assignment. JLL also manages the property on behalf of Texas Children’s.
