Future Medical Campus Development
CommonSpirit Health (formerly San Francisco-based Dignity Health) acquired a 27.4 acre site in the growing Folsom Ranch development in the Sacramento, CA suburb. There will be 11,000 new homes in Folsom Ranch at full build out. CommonSpirit Health plans on building a new medical campus on the north end of the development just south of Highway 50.
The Northern California Healthcare Advisory Group represented CommonSpirit Health on the transaction, which closed in early June 2020. Construction is anticipated to begin in 2022.
