Stan Johnson Company, one of commercial real estate’s leading investment sales brokerage firms, has completed the sale of a single-tenant, 10,000-square-foot healthcare facility leased to Advanced Medical Imaging. The property is located at 2008 West Boulevard Street in Kokomo, Indiana. Rachel Walz of Stan Johnson Company exclusively represented the buyer, a Chicago, Illinois-based individual investor who acquired the asset for approximately $2.7 million. The seller was Advanced Nuclear Medicine LLC.“The buyer was excited to add a highly sought-after imaging center asset to their portfolio, as they continue to see healthcare real estate as a safe asset class to uncover quality yield in times of economic uncertainty,” said Walz, Associate in Stan Johnson Company’s Chicago, Illinois office. “We were able to help them achieve a yield for their investors that far outpaces the market.”
The Class B medical building was constructed in 2003 on 1.41 acres and is strategically located between two area hospitals. At the time of sale, the tenant had approximately seven years left on its triple net lease.
