Washington – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces it has been named the exclusive leasing agent for Shady Grove Medical Pavilion at 9601 Blackwell Road in Rockville, Maryland. The 122,000-square-foot, Class A medical office is managed by Caddis, one of the most prominent owners and operators of medical office buildings and assets in the country. Transwestern Vice Presidents Ken Smondrowski and Joe McCormick in the firm’s Healthcare Advisory Services group will be leasing the project.

Current building tenants include Shady Grove Fertility, Shady Grove Orthopedics, Schreiber Allergy, Adventist Healthcare Imaging, and the Ambulatory Care Pharmacy. The building is within an hour of three major airports and benefits from nearby shopping, dining and entertainment amenities in the Downtown Crown and RIO Washingtonian centers.
