News Release: Leo Brown Group Breaks Ground on New Senior Living Community in Lebanon, Ohio

INDIANAPOLIS, IN—Leo Brown Group, a leading developer, owner, and operator of senior living properties in the Midwest, announces the start of construction of Traditions of Lebanon in Lebanon, Ohio.  This $35 Million, 146-unit senior community is located on Neil Armstrong Way, just to the north of Ohio Route 63 (OH-63), which serves as a connector to Interstate 75 and historic downtown Lebanon.

Offering multiple living options and levels of care, residents of Traditions of Lebanon have the ability to age-in-place from independent living, assisted living, and, if needed, a secured memory care component for those residents with Alzheimer’s or other forms of age-associated memory impairment.  In addition to a convenient location located just a mile from the amenities of downtown Lebanon, residents and visitors will enjoy an unparalleled setting on a wooded and rolling site.

Through its management company affiliate, Traditions Management, Leo Brown Group will run the day-to-day operations of Traditions of Lebanon.  Future residents will enjoy substantial service offerings and amenities, which include a dedicated 24-hour nursing staff, emergency response systems, scheduled transportation to doctor appointments and shopping, organized trips and off-site activities, restaurant-style fine dining, casual dining, theatre room, fitness center, beauty salon/barber, library, chapel, walking paths and outdoor gathering areas, along with daily on-site recreational activities and events.  Independent living residents will also enjoy the use of their own dedicated clubhouse that includes a fitness center and multipurpose gathering space.
