News Release: Woodside Health Announces Acquisition of Dominion Crossing – San Antonio, TX

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

CLEVELAND, OH (May 12, 2020) – Woodside Health is pleased to announce its acquisition of Dominion Crossing, located at 21727 IH-10 West in San Antonio, Texas. Dominion Crossing has 30,000 square feet and is anchored by two of San Antonio’s largest healthcare systems, University Health Systems and CHRISTUS Santa Rosa. This transaction is Woodside’s twelfth acquisition in Texas.

“Dominion Crossing has an unusually strong group of medical and health related tenants that offer complementary services,” said Joe Greulich, Woodside Health Principal. “The area is growing rapidly, which was attractive to the tenants and logically to us too. We’re optimistic that they will thrive as San Antonio opens up again and patients can come back for the services they need,” he added.

“It was a bit of a challenge to get an acquisition closed given what we are all living through,” continued Greulich. “We’re thankful to all of the people and groups involved and look forward to serving our tenants and their patients for many years to come.”

This is the 32nd acquisition for Woodside Health. The firm has medical and health related properties in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Ohio, and Texas. Woodside Health is currently in advanced conversations to acquire several new properties.
