Leopardo recently completed a 50,000-square-foot, two-story, ground-up outpatient care center for Northwest Community Healthcare. The building is located on a five-acre site at the southeast corner of Rand and Cuba roads in Kildeer, Illinois, replacing a much smaller, existing NCH location across the road at 1201 S. Rand Rd.The new outpatient care center is an answer to the increasing demand and growing need for healthcare services and providers in the area. The inclusive building offers primary care and specialty physicians, an immediate care center, full-service imaging center with MRI, CT, X-ray, ultrasound, 3D mammography, as well as breast ultrasound and bone densitometry. The center also offers physical therapy, occupational therapy, cardiac rehab, intensive cardiac rehab and a lab.
“With such an expansive level of services and options all under one roof, this new facility will provide the resources for delivering the highest quality of healthcare to all of the surrounding communities,” said Leopardo Senior Vice President Giancarlo Pacini. “We could not have asked for a better team with whom to bring this great facility to life.”
For more than 20 years, Leopardo and NCH Medical Group have been partnering significant projects. Leopardo collaborated with Ankura Healthcare Real Estate, Medicus Development Partners and architecture firm Jensen + Halstead to deliver the project.
