Raymond James serves as senior manager for Maine Health and Higher Educational Facilities Authority’s $36.415M revenue bonds

The Series 2019B bonds were the first new money moral obligation offering in Maine in the last eight years. Maine HHEFA was able to yield a positive result and capitalize on favorable market conditions, with an all-in TIC of 2.98%.
