Located at 2820 NE 214th St., in Aventura, FL., Ivory 214 will be ready for occupancy in Q2 of 2020.

The Class A+, state-of-the-art contemporary project is comprised of 38,191 square feet of offices, 10,942 square feet of retail, a 100-key hotel, and 313 parking spaces.

Ivory 214 has five select office suites remaining for sale ranging in size from 782 to 6,257 sq ft, and priced from $469,000 to $3.4 million. Winmar Construction, an affiliate of Coastal Construction, is the general contractor for Ivory 214.
