FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

December 4th, 2019

Nashville, Tenn. — Montecito Medical Real Estate, the nation’s leading privately held acquirer of medical real estate, today announced the promotion of Bryan Brown to Senior Vice President, Acquisitions.

Mr. Brown who joined Montecito in 2013, brings over thirty-five years experience in management and investment to the company and specializes in creating off-market opportunities.

“Bryan has strong leadership qualities and deep knowledge of medical real estate, he plays a leading role in sourcing and negotiating our transactions,” said Chip Conk, CEO of Montecito. “Brown recently implemented processes to streamline our investment process to become more efficient, which is meaningful given that we will close almost $900M in assets this year, and review thousands of deals.”

Prior to joining Montecito Medical, Brown had a highly successful track record serving in many senior operational and leadership roles, including personal ventures, VC-financed start-ups, investment banking and international aid projects in Afghanistan. He was also a key member in the Conk’s earlier success of Day Dream Publishing, where he oversaw mergers and acquisitions – their relationship spans over 25 years.
