CBRE U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets is pleased to announce the sale of the Centum Health Colorado Medical Office Portfolio (the “Portfolio” or “Properties”). Chris Bodnar, Lee Asher, Ryan Lindsley, Jordan Selbiger and Sabrina Solomiany successfully navigated a detailed selection process as the seller’s exclusive advisor.
The Portfolio consists of three medical office buildings that are 95% leased, including 20% leased by health system tenants such as UCHealth, HCA HealthONE, and DaVita. The Properties are located off-campus within affluent suburban markets.
Greenwood Medical Center is located within the Denver Tech Center and a short distance from Swedish Medical Center, HealthONE Centennial, and Littleton-Porter Adventist Hospital. Built in 1979 and with substantial renovations made from 2015 through 2017, Greenwood Medical Center provides high-quality space to its 18 tenants occupying 100% of its 41,726 rentable square feet.
Two Ponds Professional Plaza is 30,885 rentable square feet and is nestled between Two Ponds National Wildlife Refuge and Northern Arvada’s well-established and affluent neighborhoods. The property was originally built in 1979 and professionally renovated in 2015-2016. It is currently 90% leased, including by tenants such as HCA HealthONE and DaVita.
The Briargate Medical Center is a 59,606 rentable square foot medical office building located in north Colorado Springs, Colorado. The building was constructed in 1999 and was recently renovated in 2016. The Property is currently 93% leased to a variety of medical tenants, most notably the UCHealth Medical Group Primary Care Clinic, a wholly owned subsidiary of UCHealth.
