Fully leased by Allegheny Health Network, a subsidiary of Highmark Health Inc., 2027 Lebanon Church Road is a full-service integrated outpatient facility providing orthopedics, primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, and nephrology services. Situated along one of the busiest retail corridors in the region, the building’s strategic location offers the tenant ideal visibility and substantial branding opportunities. Focused on better positioning the asset for the future and creating a state-of-the-art outpatient health system facility, Allegheny Health Network is nearing completion of a major renovation that will transform the entire design and flow of the interior of the building.

The acquisition of the fully leased building bolsters Atkins’ portfolio in the rapidly growing Pittsburgh metropolitan area.  Atkins currently owns a 44,000-square-foot medical office building at 310 Rodi Road in Penn Hills and a 20,000-square-foot medical office building at 4044 Route 130 in Penn Township, both of which are anchored by Premier Medical Associates, a wholly owned physician group of Allegheny Health Network.
