Montecito Hires Data Manager, Jennifer Price

Price, a data scientist who has extensive experience in analytics and information management, will be directly involved in customizing the company’s CRM system and all aspects of upgrading its proprietary research and analytics platform: Montecito Research & Analytics (MRA). Her duties will include converting the platform to a big data architecture, which will enable improved integrations with other systems, incorporation of additional data sources, and development of advanced analytics, including artificial intelligence. Price will also lead the company’s data governance and data quality programs.

Price’s experience includes managing customer and market data, implementing business intelligence tools, and extensive reporting and analytics development. She has a special interest and expertise in process improvement via analytics and digital solutions. Most recently, she was Manager, Digital Solutions at a lift truck manufacturer. In this role, she collaborated with global leadership teams to define the company’s data and analytics strategy and lead deployment of big data initiatives in support of key business strategies. Price earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Indiana University – Bloomington and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Syracuse University.
