The Property is located in the highly affluent Las Colinas suburb and is situated across the street from Medical City Las Colinas, owned by HCA Healthcare (NYSE: HCA). The joint venture between CTCA and Choice Cancer Centers occupies the entire facility and includes a linear accelerator vault for radiation treatment. The building was designed to provide three forms of cancer treatment – radiation therapy, chemotherapy and select surgical procedures. In addition, the facility includes an imaging center which provides PET and CT scan technology to serve the oncology practice and the neighboring medical facilities.
