Throughout his career, Greg has made an astounding impact on the healthcare and senior living industries and the community in which he lives.
Prior to joining ERDMAN, Greg was employed by Granger Group for 19 years. There, he was responsible for underwriting, structuring, and financing all new development opportunities including a senior living portfolio and Metro Health Village, a $1B, 180-acre campus.
