Atlanta, GA – On Monday, September 16th, 2019 Capital Real Estate Group announced the addition of its Healthcare Investment Sales Practice, led by industry veterans Andrew Larwood and Allen Inman.
The duo brings 15 years of experience in the sector following stints at a national brokerage firm as well as a middle market investment bank where they headed the healthcare practice.
During their tenure, the team has successfully completed over $1 billion in healthcare real estate sales.
Their focus will continue to be across the United States, advising physician owners, developers, and institutional owners on monetizing their healthcare real estate assets.
The two native Atlantans will be based at Capital Real Estate Group’s midtown offices and will be regularly traveling throughout the U.S. to best serve the needs of clients.
