The seller was Ridgeline Capital Partners, a Dallas-based private real estate investment firm focused on the acquisition and operation of healthcare real estate assets. The purchaser is a publicly-traded REIT that focuses on owning, managing, acquiring and developing outpatient medical facilities throughout the United States.
