Survey ranks Hammes as a leading healthcare developer 21 consecutive years; 18 years as No. 1
Milwaukee, Wis., May 23, 2019 – Milwaukee-based Hammes Company has been named the nation’s top healthcare developer by Modern Healthcare’s 2019 Construction and Design Survey. The survey has ranked Hammes as one of the leading developers for 21 consecutive years, including 18 years as No. 1.
Survey results were based on several criteria including the dollar volume and square footage of completed healthcare construction projects in 2018, as well as the percentage of firms’ total work related to healthcare projects. In 2018, Hammes Company completed a healthcare portfolio of facility projects encompassing 3 million square feet and just under $1 billion.
