The 74,200 SF, three-building complex has been sold as of January 25, 2019 for $21,100,000.
The seller was Titan Development, and the brokers were Paul Zeman, President of Healthcare Real Estate Services at Bull Realty, and Illinois broker Dimitri Development, LLC.

Prairie Glen Medical Office Center enjoys high exposure, located as it is inside The Glen. Glenview also features one of the locations for Illinois Gastroenterology Group, the largest single specialty GI group in Illinois.
