CHARLOTTE, NC (February 26, 2019) – Flagship Healthcare Properties, LLC (“Flagship”) announced that it has completed construction of two 9,000-square-foot medical office buildings (“MOBs”) in Berewick Town Center, a 1,200-acre master-planned community located eight miles southwest of uptown Charlotte. The buildings are located adjacent to Solis Berewick at the northwest corner of Dixie River Road and Gannon Drive.
Flagship acquired 1.89 acres from Berewick’s master developer, Pappas Properties, in late 2017. Flagship’s initial MOB is fully leased by Novant on a long-term basis, with primary care services being offered at the location. Novant Health Primary Care Berewick began seeing patients in December 2018 and offers comprehensive family medical services to patients, from birth through the senior years.
Flagship’s Senior Vice President of Development Dev Gregg says the firm is honored to have worked with Novant Health to help them achieve their mission of improving the health of our communities by bringing a much-needed service to Berewick-area residents and neighbors. “Flagship considers the Berewick location to be an outstanding one for healthcare,” said Gregg.
Due to their confidence in the market, Flagship added a second MOB to the project that will be home to tenants Compleat Rehab and Sports Therapy and Langley Dental Care, with 3,700 square feet remaining available for lease.

Griffith adds, “We anticipate that Novant and the practitioners operating in our second building will be welcomed additions to the Town Center and surrounding community.”
