The Portfolio is anchored by St. Peter’s Hospital, Ellis Hospital, Seton Health System and Westchester Medical Center Health Network.
The properties involved in the sale are:
- Slingerlands Crossing Phase One, Slingerlands
- Slingerlands Crossing Phase Two, Slingerlands
- Plank Road Medical Building, Clifton Park
- Cushing Center, Schenectady
- Medical Center of New Windsor, New Windsor
The Portfolio, which contains 209,382 square feet, was sold by an undisclosed seller to a national private equity healthcare investor for a purchase price of $45 million. Menin and Jones served as the advisors to the seller.
