(Feb. 20, 2019 – houston) – Transwestern Commercial Services (TCS) today announces Blake Williams has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer, Healthcare Advisory Services to drive innovation across the Transwestern enterprise. In this newly created role, he will coordinate business development efforts, streamline project execution and ensure consistent service delivery for healthcare clients nationally. Based in Houston, Williams reports to TCS President Tom Lawyer.

Williams joined Transwestern in 2018 as Managing Director to oversee the acquisition, development and asset management of healthcare property investments across the United States in close coordination with Transwestern’s Investment Group, Development Company and Healthcare Advisory Services Group. He assisted healthcare clients with capital and development needs and investor clients with sourcing and executing healthcare real estate investment strategies.
