News Release: Macada Properties welcomes Jonathan Epstein, CCIM as Vice President of Real Estate

Jonathan Epstein, CCIM joined Macada Properties as their Vice President of Real Estate. Epstein has been in the Commercial Real Estate field for over 15 years, under the mentorship of his father, Jeff A. Epstein and his partner, William M. Berger at Berger-Epstein Associates, Inc.

Epstein is a fourth-generation real estate professional in the Lehigh Valley and was responsible for over $40 Million of commercial real estate leasing and sale transactions in sectors including retail, office, industrial, flex/office and single-tenant net-lease.

Epstein has been invited to share his commercial real estate expertise by the Community Action Committee of the Lehigh Valley (CACLV), the Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter of the Association of Builders and Contractors, the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, Lehigh Valley Business and Lehigh University and his opinions have also been published in Commercial Investment Real Estate Magazine, Fortune and the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal.
