CBRE U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets is pleased to announce the sale of the The Doctors Clinic Portfolio (the “Portfolio”, or alternatively the “Properties”). Chris Bodnar, Lee Asher, Shane Seitz, Ryan Lindsley and Sabrina Solomiany partnered with Paul Carr, Steve Perovich and Marcus Yamamoto of the CBRE Puget Sound Healthcare Properties team to act as the seller’s exclusive advisors.
The Portfolio consists of one three-story, 38,582-square foot medical office building and one two-story, 12,456-square foot medical office building, constructed in 2006 and 1990, respectively. The Properties are located half a mile apart in Silverdale, Washington within Kitsap County, approximately 23 miles west of downtown Seattle.
The Portfolio is 100% leased with 82.5% leased to Franciscan Medical Group, a wholly owned and operated subsidiary of CHI Franciscan Health and Catholic Health Initiatives (Moody’s “Baa1”). The Doctors Clinic’s physicians provide professional services on behalf of Franciscan Medical Group in the Properties. The remainder of the portfolio is leased to Morgan Stanley.
