Mike and Hamish represented Equity Sabal Bay MOB, LLC in the selling of the Sabal Bay, which is a 13,888 SF medical/retail property located close to the intersection of Rattlesnake-Hammock Rd. and US-41 in south-eastern Naples. The buyer is a local investor and the anchor tenant is Physicians Regional Urgent Care.
