Fairfield Advisors announces sale of Jackson 39 Medical Office Building in Independence, MO – $4,000,000 Transaction
Fairfield Advisors, a national Real Estate Advisory firm focused on the HealthCare marketplace, facilitated the sale of the Jackson 39 Medical Office Building located at 19403 E. 37th Terrace South in Independence, Missouri. The medical building totals 12,588 square feet and was built in 2008. Fresenius Medical Care, a publicly-traded health provider, is the anchor tenant in the 100% occupied building.
