UPMC gains city approval for 10-story Vision and Rehabilitation Hospital

As part of a $2 billion system-wide capital improvement plan that would including adding three new specialty hospitals to its extensive network in western Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh-based UPMC recently received the approval it needs to move forward with a $400 million expansion at its downtown hospital.
