Pappas Properties LLC Hires Former DASCO Executive

August 31, 2018- Charlotte, N.C. – Pappas Properties, LLC announces the recent addition of seasoned healthcare developer Mark J. Furlan to the team. Mark will lead the Healthcare Development division of the group and be based in Pappas’s headquarters located in Charlotte, N.C.

According to Peter Pappas, Managing Director of Pappas Properties, LLC, “Mark will play an important role as we continue to grow the Healthcare Development Division. His healthcare knowledge and experience will provide further value to our clients”.

Mark has 28 years of development experience that includes more than 45 healthcare projects delivered for a wide variety of healthcare clients in nearly every regional market in the United States. Prior to joining Pappas, Mark was with Lend Lease Healthcare Development since its’ 2011 acquisition of DASCO and was based in Chicago. A former partner and head of development and leasing at DASCO, Mark was also previously with MMBC (now Ventas) and Universal Medical Buildings (now Landmark).
