REIT’s development unit to raze buildings, add large MOB at Cary, N.C., campus

Although most of its medical office building (MOB) developments to date have been continuations of projects that it took over when it acquired the healthcare real estate (HRE) development unit of Duke Realty Corp. (NYSE: DRE), Healthcare Trust of America Inc. (NYSE: HTA) is starting to drum up projects of its own.
