The properties are a combination of on-campus and community-based health centers that are well distributed in desirable regions of the United States with critical infrastructure such as ambulatory surgery centers, cancer centers and imaging. At the time of closing, the portfolio was 85% occupied with 35% direct tenancy from market-leading healthcare systems and leading physician groups.
