Healthcare real estate veteran, Justin Hill, has joined JLL as Executive Vice President in its healthcare capital markets practice.
Justin will join the largest national, full-service healthcare capital markets team in the industry and will provide healthcare real estate advisory and transaction services for investor and healthcare provider clients, meeting their acquisition, disposition, and financing needs. Led by Managing Director Mindy Berman, the team focuses on medical office, hospitals, seniors housing and post-acute care facilities with a full range of capital solutions. The team consistently transacts over $1 billion annually.
Justin was most recently at Welltower where he served as Senior Vice President for Business Development. Over the last 10 years, Justin has developed strong relationships with health systems, physician groups, seniors housing operators, post-acute providers, developers, pension funds, investors and brokers. He has completed a wide variety of transactions, totaling more than $4 billion.
